In this module, we take the parking space on a fixed rental basis against which we pay the property owner. We manage the parking space using the best processes & technology. This not only creates the value added to the property with well-managed services but also creates wealth for property owners.

In this module, we follow all the parameters as mentioned in (module 1) plus, we update the parking lot with updated technology (Such as RFID dedicated Boom Barriers & ANPR based technology) at our own cost with the requisite condition of minimum footfall & longer duration of the contract.This module not only creates the value addition to property owners in terms of wealth but in terms of site development and customer experience as well.

In this module, we create a venture with property owners. We managed the parking space using the best processes and shared the revenue with property owners with no upper limitations. In this module net profit will be shared with our property owners on mutual understanding.
